Very Good
Excellent hotel apartment. Very well equipped. Good bus service to centre. The breakfast was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Had to move apartment twice due to technical issues (one with bathroom, the other with the electronic lock on the door). Both were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic place for a long stay holiday.
The breakfast was excellent but the breakfast room was very small, so it was difficult on the second morning to get a seat without a reservation, which we didn’t know about. Great choice of food and very good coffee.

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood
The apartment we stayed in was really comfortable, newly decorated and had lots of space. Great for a family! Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were great, good soundproofing between apartments so we had a good nights sleep. The neighborhood the building is located in is also nice and really quiet, close to the Turning torso and the waterfront. We also appreciated the fact that you could take the breakfast up to your room. Great WIFI and the self check-in process was effortless.
The breakfast was OK but could maybe use some improvement. We asked for a late check-out a couple of times, considering our flight was late in the evening. We were initially told before our arrival that we could ask for it when we checked in. We got a delayed response that it wasn't possible. It wasn't a big problem but maybe the management can just say in advance that it isn't possible so it's easier for people to plan the rest of the day. There is an option to leave your suitcases in the hotel, but only until 3:30 PM.
